摘要：为提高高校食品专业学生的思政素养，培养高素质人才，在创新创业背景下，将“食品营养学”传统的“课堂灌输式”单一课程思政模式改革为“课堂-实验-实践-创新”的“四位一体”新型课程思政模式。通过将课堂思政与实验、实践和创新相结合，有效提升课程思政效果，提高教学质量。同时构建课堂＋创新创业培养平台，促进学生的创新创业，从而对学生的培养实现价值引领、知识教育和能力培养的有机统一，为国家和社会输出高水平的应用型人才。

Teaching Reform and Practice of Ideological and Political Courses in “Food “Nutriology” under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Abstract：In order to improve the ideological and political quality of food major students in colleges and universities and cultivate high-quality talents, under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper reforms the traditional “Classroom Indoctrination” single course ideological and political mode of “Food Nutriology” into a new “Four in One” course ideological and political mode that integrates “Classroom-Experiment-Practice-Innovation”. By combining classroom ideological and political education with experiments, practice, and innovation, the effectiveness of course ideological and political education is effectively improved, teaching quality is improved. Simultaneously building a classroom + innovation and entrepreneurship training platform to promote students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, thereby achieving an organic unity of value guidance, knowledge education, and ability cultivation in student cultivation, and outputting high-level applied talents for the country and society.
