摘要:为提高高校食品专业学生的思政素养,培养高素质人才,在创新创业背景下,将“食品营养学”传统的“课堂灌输式”单一课程思政模式改革为“课堂-实验-实践-创新”的“四位一体”新型课程思政模式。通过将课堂思政与实验、实践和创新相结合,有效提升课程思政效果,提高教学质量。同时构建课堂+创新创业培养平台,促进学生的创新创业,从而对学生的培养实现价值引领、知识教育和能力培养的有机统一,为国家和社会输出高水平的应用型人才。

Teaching Reform and Practice of Ideological and Political Courses in “Food “Nutriology” under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Abstract:In order to improve the ideological and political quality of food major students in colleges and universities and cultivate high-quality talents, under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship, this paper reforms the traditional “Classroom Indoctrination” single course ideological and political mode of “Food Nutriology” into a new “Four in One” course ideological and political mode that integrates “Classroom-Experiment-Practice-Innovation”. By combining classroom ideological and political education with experiments, practice, and innovation, the effectiveness of course ideological and political education is effectively improved, teaching quality is improved. Simultaneously building a classroom + innovation and entrepreneurship training platform to promote students’ innovation and entrepreneurship, thereby achieving an organic unity of value guidance, knowledge education, and ability cultivation in student cultivation, and outputting high-level applied talents for the country and society.
